Turbo Jam - It's Time to Party
Turbo Jam is an intense workout that combines kickboxing, dance and martial arts all choreographed to funky dance music.
The advertised Turbo Jam package is called Turbo Jam Maximum Results. It consist of five workouts with a bonus of another workout, nutrition plan information and sculpting gloves. The first workout is called Learn and Burn. It is approximately 25 minutes long and in it Chalene Johnson introduces the "Elite 11." The "Elite 11" are the basic moves that are performed in the workouts. The next workout is the "20 Minute Workout" in which you put your moves into practice and start burning some calories. Then there is "Turbo Sculpt," in which Chalene slows things down a little bit and brings in weights to sculpt long, lean muscles. The workout is about 40 minutes long. The next workout is "Ab Jam," which focuses on the abdominals. There are two parts to this workout; one doing standing abdominal work and another part on the ground. This workout is about 20 minutes long. The last workout is "Cardio Party." "Cardio Party" is where you burn all those calories. It is approximately 45 minutes and is an intense cardio workout. The package also includes a bonus workout called "Punch, Kick and Jam." This is an advanced workout that really gets use out of the power sculpting gloves.
I have personally been doing Turbo Jam for over two years now, and I love it. It is one of the best workouts that I have come across. If you want some thing different and not monotonous then, I recommend purchasing Turbo Jam. The music is great and really gets you into the workout. The moves are not complicated and it is easy to catch onto the choreography. I started doing Turbo Jam back in 2005 to loose weight for my wedding, and I ended up loosing over 30 pounds doing Turbo Jam. I again lost weight using Turbo Jam after I had my child last year. With the help of Turbo Jam I was able to loose the 50 pounds I gained during my pregnancy . If you stick with the workout and eat sensible you will see results. It truly does change your body for the better.
